When the Hoverboard I had ordered arrived the flashing lights on one side weren’t working. Obviously disappointed, I rang them to explain. I immediately received a DHL free returns label which I took to my collection point and the returned HOVERBOARD was back to me in 3 days total!! Really happy with the excellent service after the initial worry Would highly recommend
