Do not use this company… I sent my faulty hoverboard back in January at a cost to myself. It’s now September and I have still not received a replacement or a refund, we have emailed numerous times and sent a letter. You can’t speak to anyone. I am shocked and very upset that my child is still without the Christmas present we brought for them. Terrible service!!!
