Useless in UK. Illegal to use as it's classed as a motor vehicle under the RTA 1988. Hence has to be insured. No insurer, not even Lloyds of London will cover them, in short uninsurable. So police will confiscate and not give you the item back. Unless you only use on private land of your own or with the private land owners permission.
Just giving info so you make informed decision when purchasing.
Alot of this depends on the jobsworth you come across to be fair.
