Poor detail in excursions. Not enough info given and poor quality of excursions. The guided tour with the elderly woman included talking about her daughters traditional outfits and mannerisms, stopping on the streets and looking at her phone for 10 minutes, which felt like a waste of time as this happened on numerous occasions. The dinner cruise was suggested as I made it clear to the tour operator that it was my wife's 30th birthday so this cruise was recommended. The cruise was on a fishing boat, poorly decorated (it looked like an old 1960's worn down pub) pictures of tourists catching fish on the walls, worst meal we had eaten in Tromso (chinese take aways were better). We both had stomach issues the same night and next morning following this. We sat on a boat for 3 hours eating a poorly prepared meal and smelling of fish. The hotel was a small room. I acknowledge I wanted to pay less than the proposed 4 star but with such a small hotel room I was not informed of how small this was. We both struggled to move around and there was only space for one suitcase and storage for one. This made the whole stay very uncomfortable.
