Katie was so helpful and obliging in the planning stages, she really thought about our requirements and tailored a holiday to suit us .Once in resort both Katie and Jonny went out of their way to ensure we got the most out of our Swedish experience-their knowledge of the area and links with other providers such as Lights Over Lapland were invaluable to us.
