Having searched quite intensively for a Northern Lights holiday that included everything on our wish list we found Off The Map were the most flexible, pro-active and obliging so we went with them. One of our day activities was a train journey to and from the Norwegian coast and when we found the train times had changed to run only in one direction each day Off The Map didn't just dismiss our activity - they thought about it and came up with a solution! So Jonny drove us to the coast and we got the train back, which in fact turned out to be an even better experience than getting the train both ways! Katie responded quickly to the multitude of pre (and post) holiday questions and while we were in Bjorkliden they both made our holiday a fantastic experience. We would have no hesitation recommending them to others or using them again ourselves.
