Fantastic from start to finish, the booking process was very easy and Holly matched our requirements perfectly. The holiday itself was a huge success with all activities being exactly as we wanted them. Due to the unusually cold weather -38 degrees some activities had to be moved around (and one cancelled) however this was handled perfectly by Katie who is based on site.
Overall a huge success and we will definitely be going back with our sons and will book through Off the Map again
