Oak Furnitureland Your company is an utter disgrace I ordered a full bedroom set and a dining room table and chairs to be delivered at the same time to save the delivery charge Was told we couldn’t have them delivered at the same time so would have to pay extra Delivery 1 You lost the bed and tried to deliver a damaged table Delivery 2 Half the bed turned up and no table Delivery 3 The bed turned up and only half a table This is utterly disgusting customer service. What is going on? Do you actually care about your customers is your attitude one of “we’ve received the payment so who now cares?” How can you get it so wrong, so consistently?
