This is an update of a previous complaint.So we had contact today to basically say it was our fault for acccepting an earlier delivery and missing out on a £340 discount.We were foolish to think that we were going to be offered some sort of resolution.So in future any customers be careful in accepting any deliveries early than due date as we have made that mistake.we were not informed we would be penalised for this.This has cost us dearly.No good will gestures from oak furniture land.we will not be advising anyone to buy from you again.
