Nice taste but not sure it fills me up. Also it's best to drink as soon as it's prepared as it's at it's best and most shake like but it's difficult to do this when working. Consequently it goes flat in a short time - still nice though. Hubby wasn't keen he said smelled awful & looked like pond water 😂
