I received my order when it was due to arrive, although an unexpected package belonging to another Nurtriseed customer was also delivered to my address at the same time. I accept that a mix up can often happen with deliveries and when I called Nutriseed, I informed them of the mishap and it was dealt with promptly and I was left with a courtesy gift which I wasn't complaining about :). Customer service was good nevertheless and I would use Nutriseed again.
