This product is average. I won't waste my money by not using it. There are no other recipes to enhance the variety of how this product can be drunk. So ive stuck to making chocolate shakes with my own flavours to enhance different flavours so that I dont get bored using the product. I wouldn't buy it again. Shame theres not much variety offered and I have researched it extensively after I purchased 1x packet of the protein mix.
