1st time with Nutriseed. My order came on time but juices had already started defrosting. I put all in the fridge as did not realise im suppose to put in freezer and defrost just before use. Is this ok? Is it safe to drink and will this effect results etc. Im really worried about this now, it came with leaflet but did not state to store in freezer until (12 hours) before use.. iv only just seen this as just thought id look at some more reviews etc..please help.. im worried its going to make me ill or something now?
