Received my pack of Nutriseed, but now unsure why I bought it. Am not particularly keen on the taste and am not sure when to eat it. Maybe I add it to porridge or shakes but it seems very gritty which I do not like. I seem to have spent a lot of money, but am unconvinced of the benefits of the product. O well
