It's not the best weight managment product but it seems to help a little. With my experiance using this product I was going to the gym everyday and trying to cut out sugary foods. It doesn't help by not telling you how much you should put in a drink, my first time using it I put way too much in and the taste was vile! But i think it's trial and error with this one. The product for me just seemed as a little boost to start you off, I haven't seen major improvments just yet, but I will carry on using it to see if I do find it improving later on.
