I would not waste my money on anything else Nursem is by far the best hand cream out there! I'm a nurse therfore was my hands frequently. I have used Nursem for a good couple of years. It works wonders for my 2 daughters. 5 and 7 years. They always get chapped hands in the cold and the intense sensitive cream fixes them while they sleep. Excellent can not recommend enough.
