I can see the support for Nublue getting worse by the month. I was very happy with the support at the beginning - 4 years ago now. But as with everything, as they have got bigger, the support is getting poorer. My recent support issue was getting answered by a script rather than someone actually bothering to look at my email. I had an issue with sending emails. Rather than look into it, their first answer was that it must be my problem on my computer. This now seems to be there stock answer for most problems as this obviously saves them time and effort. The only time someone looked at this problem the way I wanted them to look at it was when I officially complained. This now seems to be the only way to get someone who knows what they are doing to get to look at your problem in detail.
