Good solid hosting and a knowledgeable, helpful support team who are usually also fairly quick to respond. Our only real issue is the cost of their solutions- we're paying approximately twice as much through them as we do for a hosting package with another provider who actually provide much more space and bandwidth- so we have to be quite careful with the amount of space and bandwidth we give clients of ours through NuBlue as a result.
That said, the servers appear to be pretty fast and the hosting is reliable. It's a shame they're so expensive.
