I'm really really really impressed with Nublue. I've been with them for two years and they have consistently shown the human side to what can feel a very cold and techy business. At a few points I was using too much bandwidth, and rather than simply charging me, they made helpful suggestions of how to reduce this and gave me plenty of grace to sort it out. Then recently, my annual subscription was taken even though I had written a post on the site saying I was going to be halting blogging – I have of course forgotten to serve the months notice required to Nublue. They took pity on me, suggested refunding all but one month of the year's subscription fee and then gave me a month to get my site ported over to Wordpress.com. A kind company and a helpful one at that. Would highly recommend.
