Very prompt and personal service and with a follow up email.
Straps arrived from NS direct in good order. Paddles arrived promptly but direct from the supplier, loosely packed in a light cardboard carton with inadequate padding to protect handles and blades. Container was undamaged and intact but one paddle handle had a minor chip and scratch in the varnish . Otherwise all good, thanks.
