I was after a particular Werner paddle but couldn't get one anywhere in UK. Werner told me the paddle was still being produced. So I waited and waited and waited. It disappeared from their website. Jess and Kevin took the trouble to establish that what I wanted had not been made for 2 years in a 2 piece format. They went on to source me a one piece with a discount allowing me to get a holdall which I always fancied but thouhjt I wouldnt be able to afford. Hopefully I get it all next week.
