Not going well so far I’m afraid.
I ordered a wing mirror which arrived with part of the plastic cracked and broken off. Following a few (admittedly prompt) emails back and forth they offered to send a freepost label for me to return the damaged part. They said this would have to be received by them before they would send me a new part. 11 days and two unanswered emails later I’m still waiting for the label.
