Great customer service.
Front wipers blades fitted perectly and were a doddle to fit. The rear wiper blade however, although the correct part according to Bosch, had a different connection than the existing one. Emailed Driveden and had a response the same day.
Although Rob and Matt were unable to resolve the issue, through no fault of their own, they initially offered to accept the return for a full refund and then informed me they had refunded the item which I could keep without returning.
