Do your research first as nowhere to go/see what the products are like before purchase bar Thule, but ordering was easy - delivery so fast it even beats Amazon Prime but the only let down is spares ... I wanted 2 extra rubber pieces but ... it is not shown in the listing and after email contactm ... they cfm they have them but rarely in stock... so keep asking. That is why only a 4 - sorry
