I have given 3 stars as I have returned the item ordered for an exchange. I have had no acknowledgement of my returns form.
Communication has been good through emails only but a phone number would be useful.
I did find the website confusing when looking for parts as it is not overly clear when searching for part numbers. Hence needing to exchange this purchase.
