The service from DriveDen was very good. Online purchase was completed hassle-free and goods arrived very quickly by careful courier and well packaged in any case. My only crib, that dropped a point, was goods description. I purchased the FA-ALU2 Farad Pro Wing roof bars with LX kit. The bars are described as "Lockable, supplied with 2 keys" but unfortunately they are not. The "lock" is a cog shaped plastic part fitted to the cover plate which requires a half turn to secure the plate but could be undone with a strong set of tweezers or needle nose pliers. So not lockable, not secure. In view of this I decided against purchasing a box from them. Sorry DriveDen. Otherwise roof bars seem good, strong and easy to assemble and as we will only use them occasionally I kept them.
