Ordered a dog guard with delivery of 2-3 days. After a week I had heard nothing so sent an email. The response was quick and it was despatched immediately. I received email but without a customer/delivery code. Due to delay I was then away from home. Without a code I couldn’t rearrange delivery and eventually needed to collect from depot (>10 mile round trip).
The product fits and seems fine but the assembly instructions were very poor and confusing.
