Amending from previous review… I did have to prompt for refund for next day delivery charge & chase to get my delivery resolved .. I have emailed since Monday & it was only today my order was chased through when I spoke to fedex myself & DriveDen spoke to their fedex contact … would have been better for them to chase up yesterday or Monday when I initially contacted them?? Appreciate delivery issues but maybe stop people requesting next day delivery until shipping issues resolved? Other deliveries I’ve had for other product have not encountered such issues …… Parcel now delivered successfully… thank you
