My bathroom light fitting arrived in good time and was well packaged. Upon opening it we realised some essential fixings were missing. I emailed customer services to advise them and they sent replacement screws. Unfortunately these were for a completely different light fitting. Once again I contacted customer services and also uploaded a diagram of the light fitting with the missing parts circled. The missing parts eventually arrived but still had some washers and bolts missing. My husband managed to source the missing bolts from screwfix. When it came to fitting the light the length of electric cable was very short and it was impossible to fit it without removing the box enclosing the wire housing to free up some length of cable. Finally managed with a lot of struggling to fit it!! Nightmare from start to finish and not a cheap light at nearly £80! Looks great now it’s in place but would think twice before buying from this company again
