Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. If I've had a question that they don't know, they have called back as soon as they can to answer. Everything has been easy and straightforward, we have also been kept up to date with any changes or info. I have already recommended nowstorage to friends because it's been the best storage company we've used to date.
