Haven't used this company for some years as we purchased lots of spare keys when we bought our padlocks. Now we've run out of keys I emailed and chatted to a lovely lady, Miranda Mort. She found my account, sent me the link to the online shop, I placed the order, she picked it up and processed it straight away and I had my keys within 2 days. Awesome service :)
