I don't trust people but I believe I trust Nothing But Padlocks. I suffer from mental abhorrations from time to time and had one the night ordered the padlock and chain. Consequently placed two orders with carriage on each one and both going to the same address. Knew I'd done it but was too tired to do anything about it that evening. Received a lovely email from Nothing But Padlocks the very next morning advising that they had spotted it and refunded one of the carriage charges. This should be standard practice but in the age of bots, it isn't. So very pleased with the customer service, goods arrived on time and are perfect. A pleasure to do business with.
