There was an initial mixup caused by me ordering the wrong items and having to return them for replacement. However I then had to send 2 emails to confirm that the refund had been processed and that the replacements were being actioned. Having said that, the company then pulled the stops out and substituted a next-day delivery at no extra cost instead of the basic charge I had originally opted for.
