I ordered a Marine padlock and wanted extra keys, so I ordered a uniquely keyed ABUS lock and 4 extra keys. What there website failed to point out is that they can't supply extra keys for uniquely keyed padlocks. So their admin decided to send me two padlocks, a uniquely keyed one with 2 keys, and a common keyed one with 4 keys. The company has sorted the error with the extra lock and only 2 extra keys, leaving me to go source some keys myself. Their excuse is though they are a padlock specialist, they don't actually cut keys, which I find very strange indeed.
