Absolutely appalling customer service. Cushions received and sat on once and the ties broke on 2 of the 4 that were sat on. I emailed but apparently they didn’t receive it and sent an email asking for a review so I did but am told by them that I shouldn’t have done this! So they may help you if you don’t leave a review but not if you do! Work out for yourself how genuine their reviews are! After many emails now I am being told that that I am responsible to pay for returning their faulty goods which clearly in other reviews they have funded this? They are in insinuating that I have damaged these seat pads as they were fine when they left them?!There is no proof that they were fine when they left them as I have asked for it! There is no customer care here so don’t be fooled! I can and shall machine the seat pads but beware ! They are definitely not fit for purpose ! I have never been spoken to in such a rude manner by a company! They are not here to pander to their customers apparently!🤣. Well I have learnt a lesson not to deal with this company ever again but also it doesn’t end here. It is illegal to sell faulty goods! Good luck if you waste your money here!! Oh and it won’t let me leave a picture of the email saying they do not pander to their customers!🤣
