I purchased a turntable from northxsouth. I had a query about the product, so sent an email on the Monday evening, expecting a reply on Tuesday, to my surprise I received a reply at 22.15. I duly purchased the product on the Thursday, expecting delivery the following week as I live in Glasgow. Surprisingly again I was contacted by the delivery company to tell me my delivery was due on Saturday, which happened as scheduled. I am very impressed with the personal customer service Northxsouth provides, I would have no hesitation using them again. I have yet to try the product, hopefully all OK!
