The product is excellent, the packing was good and the communication with the sales people was really superb. I suspect that the first carrier was good, and the same for the second carrier to the Orkney islands was good too, but the local carrier was very bad indeed, and since the first two carriers would not be aware of his antics, they cannot be blamed. I paid a really exorbitant amount for carriage to have the parcel dumped in a public place and never informed that it had arrived! The good will of a neighbour who saw the parcel when he looked in the place where parcels are routinely dumped, is, for me, to be applauded.
