Job done and the guy who came coped well with a few challenges along the way! Pretty good VFM. My reason for 4 not 5 stars was lack of contact after first visit to let me know if replacement piece available and likely time frame - I chased up twice. 2nd chase led to more or less instant engineer visit which was fine.
