They were available very quickly to come and fix my washing machine. What is great is that they offer 2h slots, unlike other companies where you have no idea what time they will arrive and you have to wait at home all day. The engineer arrived promptly at the agreed time and was very polite, clean and quick, and importantly fixed the machine without any complications.
