I called up North Bikes Friday afternoon to see if they could get a bike in the post for my little girls birthday on Monday, I knew I had left it quite late to order and it was a tall ask, however the gentleman on the phone was really accommodating and said he could get it to us in time, it arrived at 8 am Saturday morning!! I was so impressed with the speedy arrival, not even 24 hours from order to delivery! David also sent through detailed instructions on how to assemble the bike via email, although it was fairly straightforward to put together it was nice to have as a backup. Would highly recommend this company, they were very helpful and delivered a quality, well packaged bike ready for a very happy little girl on her birthday.
