Very good. Purchased a Frog bike. Site checkout good. They sent an email to advise on a small delay on shipping which was appreciated, plus a link to an online manual for the bike. Bike arrived with lengthy setup instructions, perhaps they could be better presented/refined but other than that, no qualms.
