Excellent, very pleased with service from North Bikes. David was very helpful pre-sale, the bike was dispatched very quickly and we were even offered a Saturday delivery if we needed it the next day.
After delivery David was equally helpful in guiding me to set the bike up and phoned me to give me advice when I was struggling on a few of the parts.
Would not hesitate to recommend North Bikes, thank you for your help, we have a very happy six year old!
