North Bikes were so helpful. We had to get a bike quite urgently and, very soon after I placed my order, they were in the process of shipping it. The bike arrived beautifully and securely packaged and at the time they had said. They then followed up with an email saying to contact them if there was a problem. Very impressed - would definitely buy from North Bikes in the future.
