I ordered a bike for my daughter, it was dispatched and delivered within 2 days. North bikes sent a good quality spanner (Silverline) and 2 Allen Keys for final assembly of the bike. The service from North Bikes was amazing, I couldn’t recommend them more highly. They went above and beyond to make my experience shopping with them awesome!
