Unfortunately we needed a stairlift very quickly. I contacted Norfolk Stairlifts and could not believe how helpful they were. From my initial telephone conversation with them, they were completely professional and understanding. The surveyor came gave us two choices, no heavy sales he told us to think about it and get back to him when we was ready. They was able to fit the stairlift within a week.excellent installation and demonstrated it before they left. No mess at all
