The customer support with NordicTrack and IFit is none existent in the UK.
After purchasing a bike, there were issues which I'm still trying to get through to customer service about!!
Customer service in the UK goes through email and each email takes about 2 weeks to get a response to. The response will then ask another question which takes another 2 weeks.
I would advise you avoid IFit/NordicTrack and look for a company that actually cares about customer service.
Bottom line is, if you have any kind of problem with your expensive equipment you will not get any support!!
