The machine I was delivered was dirty and had clear faults, it must have been a second or returned bike as it had oil on the handlebars along with the faults. I then was expected to spend a lot of time updating the app by following a very poor video, this was dreadful support. My overall experience is really poor and I could not recommend Nordictrack to anyone. I only kept the bike as it was even more hassle trying to return it! Although I may yet return it if it continues to cause issues.
