No problem with buying but difficult to set treadmill/IFIT/mobile or tablet.
I paid for the treadmill to be put together (thank God) but after the 1st workout, found 3 screws and washers on thefloor. Since Christmas had one answer from their team asking for more details, now early February and I have recently received, after me chasing them for a reply, an automated email to say they have received a lot of emails and therefore I needed to be patient... The heart monitor is not working either so overall not too happy.
