Sent the bed with wrong parts. Unable to speak to anyone over the phone because they ‘don’t have access to a phone’. Still one week after the replacement was sent and still not arrived. Takes a day for them to respond via email. They say they have sent another part but no tracking information available or has been given yet. Very poor customer service. My son is currently having to sleep on the floor.
