I've received an email to write a review about a product I do not have. We purchased this bed for our sons birthday, paid for a specific date for the bed to be delivered, only to receive 3 out of the 4 boxes.
The company have refunded the delivery charge, but we are yet to find out what's going on regarding the parcel. This is now day 3. Our son is sleeping on his mattress on the floor and I'm concerned how long this is going to go on for. If you have the missing parcel just send it, if you don't a refund would be much appreciated. I won't bother uploading a picture as requested, think 3 boxes are pretty disappointing to look at.
